1. Delivery Locations
BrandFactory currently delivers to most PIN codes across India. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will apologize for the inconvenience and notify you during the checkout process.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Metro cities typically receive orders within 5-7 business days. Non-metro cities may take 7-8 business days.
- Remote Locations: Delivery to remote or difficult-to-access areas might take up to 12-14 business days.
- Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as bad weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹499 on selected items only.
- Additional handling charges may apply to products requiring special care or handling during shipping due to their nature, size, or packaging requirements.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking number and courier name will be updated against your order number. You can also track your order directly from the My Orders section of your account.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for: Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Failed deliveries due to inaccurate contact details provided by the customer. We request customers to fill proper details like house number, landmark, area name, state, city and pincode for smooth product deliveries.
